About the role:

Due to our developing global presence and controlled growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a committed approach to accuracy and providing administrative support.

The successful candidate with be provided with full and comprehensive support and training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support for the export sales team.
  • Prepare customer quotations and deal with customer queries via email and telephone.
  • Process sales orders.
  • Liaise with customers and the logistics team to arrange and track overseas transportation.
  • Contact customers to obtain export compliance information and discuss finance arrangements.
  • Check accuracy of export documentation.

  • Knowledge of export documentation and exporting protocols.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess good administrative, organisational and time management skills.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (subject to the needs of the role).
  • 30-minute lunch break.
