Are you a strong HLTA with behavioural experience looking for work within Blackpool?

Tradewind Preston are currently looking for a HLTA with behavioural experience to work within an Alternative Provision in Blackpool. The alternative provision supports pupils from Key Stage 3 up to Key Stage 4 with pupils who have SEMH, Autism and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

The Alternative Provision is currently looking for a HLTA to start September 2024 - July 2025 with the potential of going permanent.

They require a HLTA to plan and deliver small intervention n groups with up to 8 pupils. This is a full time/ long term post and has the potential to go perm.

The Alternative Provision offers fantastic facilities for their students and staff. Staff are made to feel valued and part of the team. There will be the opportunity to study towards further qualifications and training.

  • Knowledge and understanding working with SEN and challenging behaviour
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
