An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to join a dynamic and growing e-commerce company. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing professional with a strong background in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media strategies across Google Ads and various social media platforms. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of PPC strategies, data analysis, and performance-driven marketing to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

  • Analyse Google Analytics and e-commerce data to inform strategy and campaign optimisation.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to specific platforms.

  • Manage all elements of paid campaigns, including ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and budget allocation.

  • Provide performance reports, detailing ROAS and key campaign metrics.

  • Manage advertising budgets ranging from £50,000 - £200,000 per month.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices and platform policies to maintain optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital advertising with overall marketing objectives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new opportunities to drive campaign success.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets with a strong track record of success.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.

  • Excellent ad copywriting and creative development skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Commercially driven with a strategic mindset.

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising platform algorithms, machine learning, and best practices.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

  • Experience managing TikTok Ads or additional paid social platforms.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads to collaborate effectively with the wider marketing team.
