Description
- Manage and plan the schedule of repair and maintenance works.
- Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Manage the repair budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Address any customer complaints or issues related to repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on repair and maintenance activities.
Profile
A successful Repairs Planner should have:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Experience in managing repair and maintenance works.
