We are seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee an Ofsted-registered children's home in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation committed to providing exceptional care for vulnerable children and young people.

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure the home operates in compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

  • Provide leadership and support to the Registered Manager and residential care team.

  • Oversee safeguarding policies, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

  • Act as the key liaison with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive outcomes for children in care.

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in children's residential care at a senior level.? Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and child protection.? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.? Passion for providing high-quality care and driving positive change.
