Hello, The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Transfers Administrator to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool FY4 area.

***6 month contract***

Transfers Administrator salary: 23,400

Transfers Administrator hours: 8:30- 5:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Transfers Administrator Roles and responsibilities:

  • Register physical shares both in and out of client's own name and our nominee name.
  • Monitor all group email boxes
  • Run order books, tasks & reports in Avaloq to monitor settlement of transfers free of payment, liaising with the
    Client Services team/Execs and Counter parties accordingly
  • Review daily stock reconciliations for all custodians
  • Chase all outstanding transfers on a weekly basis
  • Complete Fund Application Forms/Registration Forms and Stock Transfers forms, liaising with other
    departments including CDD and Compliance when required
  • Assist with all testing for both fixes and upgrades
  • Adhere to department procedures
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested to support the business
  • Undertake technical or any other relevant training as and when required.
  • Undertake and record relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.
