What can you expect in this role?

• Lead the way: Be the go-to expert, providing leadership and coaching to elevate safety and health standards across the site.
• Drive safety performance: Conduct thorough audits and take charge of reporting, investigating, and preventing incidents and near misses.
• Collaborate with the best: Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies to strengthen safety initiatives.
• Empower your team: Creating an impactful in-house training and inductions, shaping a culture of safety from day one.

What does this role offer you?

• Competitive salary: 40,000 - 45,000 based on your experience.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience: A solid background in health, safety, and environment roles, ideally within manufacturing or chemical/industrial environments.
• Qualifications that matter: NEBOSH Diploma preferred, NEBOSH Certificate required as a minimum.
