Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all payroll processes and procedures
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Supervise and coach team members to enhance performance
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Handle payroll tax, benefits and pension administration
- Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing
The successful Payroll Manager should have experience in payroll management and end-to-end payroll processes. Experience with manual calculations with the ability to teach junior team members, high volume payroll would be extremely beneficial for this role.
