This is a generalist HR position, 12-month contract, full time, salary £26,800 - £31,000.The Role HR Advisor Deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service, providing expert guidance across all aspects of the HR function.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive HR advice on employment matters, supporting casework and resolving queries with a coaching approach.
  2. Partner with managers and stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance, absence management, and learning, ensuring alignment with employment law and organisational policies.
  3. Analyse workforce data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  4. Lead and support people-focused projects to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and manage high-quality digital communications to enhance employee experience.
  6. Ensure accurate management of people data in compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a responsive and forward-thinking HR service.

Skills and Experience:

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an advisory or business partner role within a large organisation.
  • Expertise in managing a variety of HR issues such as attendance, performance, resourcing, and investigations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
  • Commitment to staying informed on industry trends and legislative updates.
