- Assessing and organising documents to ensure compliance.
- Inputting accurate data for lenders and supporting lending decisions.
- Communicating with clients, lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Assisting mortgage brokers in managing client expectations.
- Answering client calls professionally and courteously.
- Annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
