We are working with an excellent client based in Blackpool who are currently looking for a Stock Control Administrator to join the business in this newly created role. The business has a lot of high-volume stock arriving daily and needs a methodical and accurate individual to manage all the administration associated, with booking in of product onto the system.

Duties will include: -

  • Responsible for the accuracy of the purchasing data inputted upon delivery.

  • Responsible for the goods out paperwork and sales.

  • Monitor the goods in received and differentiation of products.

  • Reconciliation of all content of each delivery.

  • Produce all the paperwork for the suppliers incorporating accurate cost price and volume of goods received.

  • Provide high level of accuracy around stock levels held on site.

  • Maintain record of all visitors onto and off the site.

We are looking for someone who has some experience with the accuracy of stock movements on and off site, you will be good with computer skills (Microsoft packages) and be able to develop as the 'go to' person for every product entering the business. Not phased by talking to all levels of personnel and providing the smooth-running of the stock process for goods received, as well as the accurate paperwork behind it.

Excellent employer and package involved, including a profit bonus however please be aware that the role will involve a 7am start time most days! If you have experience of weighbridge operations and/or some understanding of monitor product/price that would be distinctly advantageous.
