An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EL/PL Fee Earner to join a well-established law firm in Blackpool. The firm is highly regarded in the region, and the personal injury team is a vital part of the broader offering, working with an enviable client base on a range of employer's and public liability matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of employer's and public liability matters that have exited the portal, as well as cases to settlement, including litigation.
  • Providing high-quality legal services to clients, with a focus on delivering outstanding client care and support.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Managing all aspects of the case, including the use of case management systems.
  • Assisting in further developing and networking with the department.
  • Developing your knowledge and skills in personal injury law.

Requirements:

  • Experience of employer's and public liability matters, or an RTA fee earner looking for a retrain.
  • A great understanding of the PI sector and familiar with case management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent client care.
  • A team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
