Our client, a leading national manufacturer due to expansion, is looking to recruit an organised, professional, and efficient Warehouse & Production Planner to complement their growing team.

Reporting to the Production Manager, duties to include:

路 Organize production according to demand and quality standards

路 Collaborate with Production Managers to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders

路 Create and implement integrated systems for carrying out production processes, such as quality and inventory control, human work factors, and cost analysis, logistics and material flow, and production coordination

路 Coordinate between the production program and production sites for on-time delivery of products

路 Ensure the availability of engineering data at product sites to support the build schedule

路 Support the resolution of issues such as shortages, squawks, and taps; internal and external purchase orders and production delays that may influence on-time bundle delivery

路 Cultivate systems that guarantee that production schedules align with program schedules

路 Provide initiatives for continuous production and engineering improvement

路 Create and deliver production status metrics to aid effective decision-making in the organization.

As a successful candidate you will have practical experience in production planning, production materials, forecasting and inventory, be self-motivated, possess excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills together with the ability to plan and manage a workload efficiently. ICT Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Inc. Excel) is essential and a related qualification in a technical field would be beneficial but not essential.
