Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical background looking to develop your skills with an industry-leading company offering 1-on-1 training, progression opportunities into management roles and plenty of overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

They are looking to continue this by developing the next generation of mechanical engineers.
In this role you will be working at height carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on bespoke mechanical equipment. You will receive full training through shadowing from experienced engineers allowing you to fully develop a unique skillset. You will be working a 5-day rota, including weekends, while being rewarded with generous overtime.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical background looking to develop their skills through 1-on-1 training, future progression into senior roles and plenty of overtime opportunities.
The Role:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on bespoke mechanical equipment
- 5 day working week, 7:30am - 3:30pm with occasional weekend work
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- 1 in 5 call out rota
The Person:
- Maintenance Engineer
- Mechanical background
- NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or similar
- Comfortable working at heights
