Vacancy:       Operations Manager  Salary:           £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending upon experience) + EV carHours:           Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hour week)

Key Duties:

  • Supporting the Managing Director in driving performance 
  • Managing a large operations team consisting of production, warehouse, purchasing, stock control and transport
  • Lead the development, training and performance management of over 100 employees
  • Identify and resolve issues, drive process improvements and optimise performance 

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience within an Operations Managerial role (ideally from manufacturing or distribution) 
  • Proven manager of a larger team, positive outlook and a “can do” approach to maximising performance
  • Keen to learn and progress, with opportunities to step into more senior positions inevitable within the future of this role
