Are you a Project Manager or similar from a HVAC or Mechanical background looking for a role at a family-run mechanical services provider, currently working on large-scale commercial projects for a vast array of clients across Blackpool and the North England, that have been going strong since with continuous expansion since 1991?

Do you want to work in a role that offers a generous yearly salary, with the added benefit of either a company car or car allowance, as well as training in the company's expertise, and end-to-end Project Management responsibilities giving great autonomy over your work?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a staple part of a family-owned business at the forefront of the HVAC and Mechanical services sector, working large scale projects including refurbishments and mechanical installations of hotels, restaurants and bars across Blackpool and the North of England.

In this role you will be responsible for managing company projects from start to finish, liaising with engineers, site managers, and external clients to ensure smooth project delivery, as well as the organization and monitor of job resources such as labour materials, ensuring projects have sufficient materials and equipment leading to smooth project delivery.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar from either a HVAC or Mechanical background, looking for a role in a family-run business, with the added benefit of autonomy over your work, a company car or car allowance, and in-depth training on the company's specialism.

The Role

• Overseeing company projects from start to finish
• Work closely with external clients and team members
• Manage project schedules, resources and costs

The Person

• Project Manager from a HVAC or Mechanical background
• NVQ in a relevant field
• Driving license and willingness to travel
