A Repairs Planner is urgently needed in the Property Department of a renowned not-for-profit organisation based in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning and organising all repair and maintenance works.

Description

  • Manage and plan the schedule of repair and maintenance works.
  • Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the repair budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Address any customer complaints or issues related to repairs.
