- Onsite role, based across multiple sites in Fleetwood and Blackpool

We are delighted to be working with an amazing and inspirational charity who look after and support socio-economically deprived communities across Blackpool, supporting young people and helping them tackle the challenges they face.

You will be based at one of their four sites across Blackpool & Fleetwood, and will support the 3 business leaders with the following:

  • Diary and full inbox management
  • Sort expenses/reconcile credit card purchases
  • Set up Board Room and other offices for use
  • Organise meetings including key customer/supplier visits, produce minutes
  • Proof read documents, filing, copying, scanning and other administrative duties
  • Liaising with client, suppliers and partners of the Directors
  • Dealing with and keeping information confidential
  • Concierge duties - meet and greet visitors
  • Work closely with Ops, Marketing, HR and Finance Departments
  • Undertake personal duties such as booking family holidays and follow up on personal projects
  • Support Design department with ordering stock, booking accommodation and general queries
  • Ad-hoc administrative and organisational support, as directed



Previous experience in a similar role is a must for this one, as well as:

  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to problem solve, use initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and to strict deadlines
  • Accuracy of documentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and organise own work effectively
  • Live locally and happy to travel to multiple sites across Blackpool and Fleetwood
