The Role

Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. Conduct regular performance evaluations for body shop employees and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
