This organisation was founded over a 130 years ago and is gradually expanding. You would be required to supervise two payroll officers and help carry out a monthly payroll for circa 1000 staff. To ensure the accurate and timely production of monthly payroll and associated deductions2. To ensure legal compliance with (company) financial regulations and associated procedures3. To provide a professional and consistent high level of customer service across (company)4. To deliver accurate monthly and annual reports relating to payroll5. To maintain comprehensive audit trails for internal and external stakeholders6. To liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, etc, ensuring appropriate payroll records are maintained and required returns are completed in an accurate and timely manner7. To develop, update and maintain (company's) payroll systems, Itrent8. To identify and deliver process improvements as to enhance the payroll operation9.
