Service Care Education are currently seeking Cover Supervisors/Supply Teachers to work in Primary Schools in Blackpool and surrounding areas.Location: BlackpoolPay: £110-£180 umb ltdDo you need flexibility in your job every week?We have seen a surge in demand for day-to-day cover, and these opportunities can also lead to short-term/long-term positions. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absences under the guidance of senior teaching staff. You'll deliver pre-prepared lessons and effectively manage student behaviour. Our dedicated education manager is available to deliver our in-house Cover Supervisor course to help up skill and prepare you for this role.The required experience for the Cover Supervisor role includes:

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Adequate behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with and supporting children's learning.
  • Experience delivering classes in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (all would be beneficial).
