Responsibilities of the QA Officer:

  • Quality Lead: Serve as the quality lead on project teams, ensuring compliance across the entire product life cycle.
  • Product Batch Approval: Oversee product batch releases and manage plans to achieve and maintain quality assurance.
  • Audits and Compliance: Participate in and support audits, liaising with both internal and external customers to uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Testing and Standards: Define and manage product testing activities against international standards, making informed recommendations for actions.

To Be Successful as a QA Officer, You Will Need:

  • Educational Background: Degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a quality-based role within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management Systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in internal auditing.
