Your work will directly support the implementation of Blackpool Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan and the Capital Programme, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to specification.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical, contractual, and financial Quantity Surveying services for construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and the Council's Capital Programme.
- Undertake feasibility appraisals, create development estimates, and produce detailed reports to guide decisions on budgets, specifications, and timelines.
