Our client, a well-established wholesale & retail company, requires lively, ambitious and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to assist in the operations of their successful retail outlet and online store.

Reporting to the M.D., duties to include:

  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
  • Checking and responding to customer emails and online sales enquiries and resolving any issues.

The ideal candidates would be from a retail or sales/marketing background and supervisory experience would be beneficial. You will need to be front of house focused and customer orientated, have exceptional communication, management, and inter-personal skills.

Excellent customer service experience is essential as well as the confidence to deal with difficult situations.
