As the Purchase Ledger Assistant your duties will include :
- Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
- Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
- Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocating invoices on to the system
- Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
- Prepare payment runs
- Processing company expenses
- Resolving queries in a timely manner
You will be familiar with SAGE products and also be confident on Excel.
