About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's purchase ledger, ensuring smooth financial operations in a busy and growing business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Management: Checking purchase orders against invoices and processing them efficiently.
  • Financial Administration: Dealing with incoming post, scanning invoices into the system, and posting/allocating cash to the ledger.
  • Supplier Reconciliations: Reconciling supplier statements and matching invoices with payments.
  • Payment Processing: Preparing regular payment runs and handling company expenses.
  • Query Resolution: Resolving any discrepancies or queries quickly and professionally.
