Maths Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher for a long-term supply position at a well-regarded secondary school. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator to make a meaningful impact while benefiting from the flexibility of a supply role.

We are looking for a teacher to start after the half term break and continue until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum
• Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring engagement and progress
• Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student performance
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
