We are currently seeking a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our team immediately on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment and must possess effective communication skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Supervise classes and manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
  • Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teaching staff, adapting to ensure clarity and understanding among students.
  • Maintain classroom order, focusing on safety and respect while fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback as necessary.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and good listening skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Reliable and committed to the welfare and education of students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be patient and confident when working with children.
  • Demonstrates the qualities of a good role model including compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and effective listening skills.
  • Must be punctual and trustworthy.
  • Experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
