Start Date: 1st May or September 2025

Location: Blackpool

Key Stage: KS1 (Key Stage 1)

The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers and pupils within KS1. Your role will be crucial in helping children develop their skills, confidence, and love for learning. All roles are term time and within Monday - Friday, part and full time hours are available at an hourly rate of £13.84-£15 per hour.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and resource management
  • Monitoring pupil progress and reporting feedback to staff
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Other teaching assistant qualifications are welcomed!
  • Experience working with early years, KS1 pupils
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for education and child development
  • Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude.
