Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of French speakers? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join on of our excellent secondary schools from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated educator to teach French to a range of abilities and age groups, fostering a love of languages in a supportive and engaging school environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach French to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that encourage pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting for individual pupil needs.
  • Contribute to the MFL department's extracurricular activities and cultural events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote languages across the school.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in French, with strong subject knowledge.
  • Previous experience teaching French in a school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for language learning.
