We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Fylde. This role involves working with mental health service users in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to mental health service users, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Encourage and facilitate social activities, promoting engagement and community involvement.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience working with service users in supported living, supported housing, mental health wards, or similar settings.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to provide empathetic support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable but not essential.
