We're teaming up with a private care company who are looking to find a strong Registered Manager for their Children and Young People's Service Team in the Blackpool area.

They provide unrivalled levels of care, support and education to the children & young people aged from 8 to 18.. The objective being to develop levels of maturity and assist in enabling individuals to function effectively within society as successful, independent adults.

Location: Blackpool.

Contract: Permanent.

Pay Rate: Starting from 45k - 48k per annum.

We are looking for a manager to oversee one of our Ofsted-registered homes, with plans to open a second home next year. Both homes will follow Outbound Care's integrated therapeutic approach.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager who has previously held Ofsted registration and successfully managed a children's home.

Essential Requirements:

• QCF Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home.

Required Licence:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
