Responsibilities:
- Managing a Caseload: Conducting pre-birth assessments, early intervention, direct work and developing collaborative plans with families and partners
- Assessment & Planning: Undertaking viability assessments, risk assessments, and birth plans, as well as engaging in court work when necessary.
- Facilitating Meetings: Chairing child-in-need meetings, core group meetings, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
To be considered for the Social Worker, ideally you will have:
- 2+ years' experience supporting families, including experience in undertaking assessments and direct work with a proven ability to work creatively with families
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
