The Band 6 Social Worker / Mental Health Nurse position is located at Fylde and Wyre CAMHS in Blackpool.
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and is contracted until March 31, 2025.
Candidates must have CAMHS experience and will be responsible for assessing and supporting young people, managing risks, and adapting care plans.
The position requires collaboration with the team, handling safeguarding referrals, and providing triage support.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently assess and support young people.
Manage risk, adapt care plans, and handle hospital discharges.
Work within organizational thresholds and systems.
Provide triage/duty support and prioritize caseloads.
Collaborate with the team and signpost to appropriate services.
Handle safeguarding referrals and child protection work.

Requirements: CAMHS experience essential. Face-to-face role only.
