Tradewind are working with a 'Good' Alternative Provision who are currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious experienced behaviour specialist teaching assistant to join a thriving Alternative Provision in Blackpool.

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible until July 2025. This role is currently for 5 days a week with the potential to go temporary to permanent.

As a teaching assistant your job will be to support pupils across KS3 to KS4 by working with small groups of pupils to enhance their learning and academic development.

Your role will involve supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH and behaviour difficulties. Experience is not essential however, a patient and determined character is needed. You will be supporting pupils with EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties.

The Alternative Provision is easily accessible with public transport and additionally if you are driving it has a large free car parking.
