Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Blackpool starting in January.
The position requires previous experience in a school setting and a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired.
The role involves preparing learning resources, supporting children in small groups, and managing behavior effectively.
This is a full-time temporary position with working hours from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm, offering a minimum pay rate of £90 per day depending on experience.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join one of our schools from January in Blackpool.

Role Responsibilities:

Preparing learning resources and activities
Supporting children in small groups and on a 1-1 basis
Managing behaviour effectively

Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience

End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting children in a school setting is essential
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired
Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
