SEN Teacher - Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher with experience in SEN to join one of our schools near to Blackpool. This is a full time position to start after the February half-term.

You will be responsible for providing excellent teaching to pupils of primary age with complex needs, ensuring they are able to reach their full potential.

The Role:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lessons
  • Differentiating learning activities to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Working collaboratively with staff and other agencies

Position Details:

  • Location: Blackpool
  • Position: SEN Teacher
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/Part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £155 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: After Feb half-term
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
