SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Blackpool, LancashirePay: £95-£100 a day Hours: Full-timeStart Date: ImmediateAre you passionate about helping children thrive in their learning?We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Blackpool. This role offers a great opportunity to support students across different age groups who have special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students.
- Support classroom behavior management and foster a positive learning environment.
- Help with administrative tasks, classroom setup, and lesson resources.
- Encourage and support students' participation in school activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistance (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience with caring for vulnerable individuals (Preferred but not essential)
