Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: 95-100 a day

We are currently working in partnership with a special educational needs school in Blackpool, Lancashire who are actively recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management. The role may also require you to work on a 1:1 basis with the pupils, so you must be open to a challenge. There is scope for this to become a temp to permanent role.

Essential Experience:

A confident and consistent aura in managing behaviour
A 'can do' attitude
Ability to engage, enthuse & motivate students
