We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join a local travel business and work closely with the Sales team to help ensure the sales process runs smoothly and your career opportunities are enhanced.
We are looking for an applicant who can undertake a variety of support tasks, including;
Creation of sales documentation and supporting literature accurately and to a high standard
Source and manage key options with accommodation suppliers accurately and effectively ensuring you request key suppliers in the first instance and in line with company strategy.
Manage all expiring options with the team.
Creation of tour documentation and supporting literature accurately and to a high standard
To include all payment acknowledgements, invoice preparation, visit requests, finaldocumentation etc
Populate our bespoke operating system with all data requirements
Contribution to identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures etc
You will be also responsible for a number of general administration tasks as well as in and out of buisness consultant support.
Full training will be given on all the systems needed - howver it is essential that you have a great attitude and good communication skills.
