Location: Bispham, Blackpool
Salary: 24,500 - extremely achieveable OTE 27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Travel Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the organisation and management of educational group tours. Your role includes:

  • Assisting in the creation of tailored itineraries that meet client needs.

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and excursions.

  • Managing administrative tasks related to budgets and client payments.

  • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

  • Maintaining up-to-date records of destinations and educational experiences.

  • Supporting colleagues with customer service and general administration.



What We're Looking For

  • Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Organised, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • IT literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft products.

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Commercially aware and financially competent.
