We are looking for a qualified technician who will be responsible for:
- Conducting services, Pre-Delivery Inspections, and MOT tests.
- Performing tasks as outlined in the relevant schedules.
- Ensuring all scheduled activities are completed and recorded accurately in the appropriate documentation or system, including time taken, parts used, and consumables.
- Identifying and reporting any issues found outside the scheduled tasks and seeking approval for any necessary repairs.
- Diagnosing, reporting, and resolving vehicle faults and issues.
- Utilizing department diagnostic tools and methods, and referring to franchise equipment and systems when necessary.
- Consulting with Service Management or Franchise technical support if further assistance is required.
- Reporting the cause and effect of issues, estimating repair costs, and obtaining authorisation to proceed with necessary work.
