Job description
- Processing orders in accordance with SLA's and working together as a team.
- Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding to all queries.
- Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistics plans.
- Fulfilling orders using SAP and sending out client information.
- Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly.
- Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines.
- Manage all shipping information accordingly and working alongside the internal teams to ensure that the details are uploads correctly.
