We are recruiting Production Operatives for our client based near Blackwood, Newport and our client is holding a two day induction on 23rd and 24th April 2025

Role: Production Operatives

Location: Crumlin, NP11

Contract Type: Ongoing, there is a real opportunity for this to become a permanent job for the right candidates!

Working Pattern: Full Time, Continental shift pattern - it is important that you have the flexibility to work both day and night shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Working hours are 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am, working in a 2-3 days on/off arrangement. You must be able to work both day and night shifts

Start Dates: ASAP following a successful induction


Hourly Rate: 12.21ph

Due to the location and the working hours, you should have access to private transport


Responsibilities

  • Carry out various tasks in the production process, including operating machinery, assembling components, and packaging finished products.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of products by closely following operating procedures and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to uphold safety standards and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve daily production targets to ensure compliance with all Company rules and regulations, and also maintain a high standard of housekeeping
  • Adhere to and conforms with the required technical and quality specifications in line with the Company's ISO 9000 quality systems

About you

  • Previous production experience advantageous
  • Ability to work full-time and shift patterns - please note that we aren't able to consider candidates on Student Visa
  • Access to private transport ideal
