Job Title: Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location: Nursery Class in a Primary School in Blackwood, Caerphilly Contract: Temporary (Mon 28th April - Fri 18th July)Hours: Afternoons only, 12.30pm - 3.15pmRate: Approx. £65 per day
We are seeking an experienced Early Years LSA to assist with our April risers in the Nursery class. The role will support children's learning and development in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
- Assist with activities that promote early learning and development.
- Provide support during playtime and other daily activities.
- Work closely with the Nursery team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Early Years or as an LSA.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
