CNC Machinist / Toolmaker

What you’ll be doing:

• Fabricating tools, jigs & fixtures using processes such as milling, turning, grinding, welding
• Design, manufacture and validate jigs and fixtures for production areas
• Conduct mechanical investigations/reviews for any mechanical issues reported with tools, jigs and fixtures
• Use CAD system to produce technical drawings
• Programme / set CNC machinery

Experience you will have:

• Fabrication, fitting, turning, milling and general precision engineering and fabrication skills for materials such as aluminium, sheet steel and plastics
• Relevant engineering qualification  
• Able to read and produce technical drawings using CAD
• CNC experience advantageous but not essential
