Are you passionate about making an impact in a company? We are looking for an enthusiastic IT support Coordinator!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving IT-related challenges, collaborating with external IT support providers, and driving continuous improvement in IT functions, processes, and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Senior Management to develop and enhance IT solutions that support our business operations.

**This role requires to be on site 5 days per week and will require your own transport** 

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with Senior Management and key user groups to understand their requirements and develop innovative IT solutions for new and existing processes.
  • Problem Solver: Be the go-to person for resolving daily IT issues reported by staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as the primary contact for external software developers and support partners, managing the development, testing, and implementation of systems and applications.
  • Performance Tracker: Manage monthly KPIs for the business system and report to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Tech Support Guru: Provide technical support for our ERP system, 
  • Code Contributor: Assist in writing and testing code for customised ERP system amendments.
  • Documentation Expert: Document new and existing business system procedures in line with internal quality standards.
  • Trainer and Supporter: Provide training and support for all business systems and general IT software, including creating training materials.
  • System Tester: Test and modify systems to ensure reliable operation, including fault finding and bug fixing.
  • Project Coordinator: Coordinate IT and business-related projects, supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Improvement Advocate: Recommend and implement approved improvements to the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant IT subject.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with databases, including SQL, is desirable.
  • ERP Expertise: Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong relationship-building skills, able to manage stakeholder requirements at all levels.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive and supportive approach to assisting colleagues with IT needs.
