Warehouse Team Leader duties will include:

  • Helping to manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouses to achieve agreed timescales for both internal and external deliveries
  • Participate in meetings as required, including daily management walk around, and carry out actions arising from these meetings
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements of the company are always met within the warehouses
  • Supervise and develop the teams involved within the warehouse environment
  • Communicating on a regular basis across shifts and to the senior warehouse and logistics staff

To apply for the Warehouse Supervisor role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Current Forklift Licenses (Reach and Counterbalance)
  • MRP/ERP or computerised warehouse management system experience (ideally SAP)
  • Team leading / supervisory experience
