As a result of sustained business wins we have an opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to contribute to our client’s on-going success by optimising existing processes and managing the regular introduction of new products in to a state of the art manufacturing facility

What you’ll be doing

• Understand, manage and resolve process technical issues
• Manage equipment requirements for new product introductions
• Ensure all machinery and equipment is available for production schedules
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement required changes
• Liaise with design / engineering on DfM aspects of new products
• Generate SOP’s and ECN’s

Experience you will have:

• Ideally holds an HNC / HND in a relevant engineering subject
• Process engineering experience in an assembly or electro-mechanical production environment
• Excellent communicator and able to work effectively with members of other departments
• Demonstrable success using problem solving, process improvement and lean manufacturing techniques
