Our client in Chester is offering an exciting opportunity as a Hybrid paint sprayer to join our team and help us maintain our high standards while meeting production targets.

Job Summary
As a paint sprayer, your primary role will be to operate the spray booth to produce components according to precise specifications. You will be responsible for following the production schedule and ensuring production runs are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production:
  • Preparation of parts prior to spraying including cleaning.
  • Use the required jigs and hangers to load parts.
  • Coating parts according to the required specification.
  • Prepare used paint tins for disposal.
  • General daily maintenance of booth and equipment
Production Efficiency:
  • Monitor production processes to ensure paint boot is running efficiently and meeting production schedules.
  • Report any production delays or issues to the manager to minimise downtime.
Quality Control:
  • Perform visual and basic checks on components as and when required to ensure they meet general quality standards.
  • Conduct thickness checks on painted parts.
  • Report any defects or non-conforming parts immediately for corrective action.
Health and Safety:
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating CNC machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience spray painting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow production schedules and detailed instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic quality checks as required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
